The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) is a newly established legislative authority created to improve condominium living in Ontario. The CAO delivers services and protections to condo communities, such as easy-to-use information and resources; online dispute resolution services through the Condominium Authority Tribunal; and free, mandatory online director training.
