The Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) is a newly appointed regulatory body providing oversight to condominium managers and management firms. The CMRAO is responsible for promoting and enforcing the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015, which includes a code of ethics for licensees. The CMRAO works to ensure that all condominium managers across Ontario are licensed and meet minimum education requirements.
