Tarion administers and enforces the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act. If there is a new home or condo in Ontario, it is a good bet that it also comes with a Tarion-backed warranty. Our job is to work with homeowners and home builders to make sure that the new home warranty is clear and that it is applied consistently and fairly.
