As buildings age, many of the components of the building envelope may begin to deteriorate, leading to an increase in stack pressure within the building. Energy usage for heating and cooling will begin to rise, and occupants may begin to notice an increase in odours and noticeable drafts. Fortunately, these issues can be efficiently rectified at reasonable cost, with good returns on investment.
