Allan found his passion in real estate development at the age of 21 while attending University of Waterloo. He became President of Waterloo Co-Operative Residence Inc. which had a mandate to build a 95 unit student housing complex. His role was that of a Development Manager overseeing design, funding and construction of this project.
Allan has been with Canlight since 2001 and is currently managing a portfolio of town homes high-rise and commercial condominiums. Allan has co-managed several of our major rehabilitation and retrofit projects in excess of $25 Million. Through his vast experience in these capital projects, Allan has gained a wide scope and in depth knowledge of building systems and designs.
Allan’s wealth of knowledge provides a tremendous resource to other managers at Canlight.
