Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc.
Brad is the Director of Property Management with Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. working in the Waterloo Region Office. He has been managing condominium corporations and commercial properties for over 15 years achieving the RCM designation with ACMO and has been a speaker at ACMO/CCI-T and CCI-GHC Conferences, CCI-GHC Level 100 and 300 courses, teaches the in-house ACMO RCM courses, as well as contributed articles for CM Magazine and the WB Condo Connection. Brad is very involved in the condominium industry currently participating on the ACMO Regional/Luncheon Committee, the CCI-GHC Education Committee and the CCI-Grand River Chapter Steering Committee. Brad is currently pursuing the BOMA RPA designation and is actively involved with training and mentoring new Property Managers entering the profession.
