Glenn joined Crossbridge (formerly Brookfield) in 1999 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2000. Glenn is a professional member in good standing with ACMO for the past 35 years. Before joining Crossbridge, Glenn had eighteen years experience in Condominium Management with Del Property Management and General Property Management. Glenn teaches the in house Administration Course for Crossbridge. Glenn has had hands on experience with many rehabilitation projects, performance audits, reserve fund studies, fire and life safety, energy management and conservation. In 2013 Glenn successfully handled Toronto's largest condominium insurance claim disaster in the amount of $3.6 million. His leadership, communication skills and ability to navigate and accelerate the repair process through every peril this disaster created expedited the return of the home and businesses owners much earlier than anticipated. Glenn has shared much of his knowledge and experience with others and has contributed to CM Magazine and C.M.H.C.'s Better Buildings Case Studies.
