Condo Mediators
Marc Bhalla is a leading mediator in Ontario's condominium community. He holds the Chartered Mediator designation of the ADR Institute of Canada – the most senior designation available to practising mediators in the nation.
Marc has spoken throughout Canada and actively contributes to many condominium and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) publications.
Earlier this year, Marc was prominently featured in the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's Vertical City series, where he appeared on Metro Morning, CBC News Toronto and at a Facebook Live event to speak about his experience with conflict management in condominiums. As part of the series, Marc participated in an extensive series of interviews from which he was quoted in multiple articles.
Marc particularly enjoys the creativity that the mediation process allows and is passionate about the role that proactive dispute resolution processes can have in preserving ongoing relationships.
Marc holds an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto (Trinity College).
