Marnie was first exposed to the condominium management field in 1981. In 1986, Marnie joined Browell and Wallace and by the summer of 1989, Marnie was covering the portfolios of vacationing property managers at Wallace McBain and Associates. After exploring several other career options following university graduation, Marnie returned to the field and received her RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation in 1999. Marnie is now proud to make Peterborough and the City of Kawartha Lakes, her home and place of business. Marnie owns McBain Property Management Inc. in partnership with Marilyn McBain and between them they bring more than 47 years combined experience to the condominium industry. Marnie has hosted three successful condominium owners' information seminars and continues to be passionate about educating condominium owners. Marnie is an active member of both ACMO and CCI and looks forward to the upcoming changes in the Condominium Act and the professionalism that the anticipated changes will bring to the industry.
