Odysseas is a lawyer at Harris, Sheaffer LLP in Toronto. His real estate practice focuses on condominium development and general commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, real property financing, commercial leasing, and condominium governance.
Odysseas has also developed a particular expertise in condominium law. He represents and advises developers, condominium corporations, and condominium lenders on a variety of issues including condominium governance, reciprocal agreements, dispute resolution, lien enforcement, management and operation, and third-party contracts.
Called to the Bar in 2010, Odysseas is on the executive committee of the Ontario Bar Association – Real Property Section and serves on the board of directors of the Hellenic-Canadian Lawyers Association and the East York Hall of Fame. In addition, Odysseas is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Canadian Condominium Institute, and NAIOP.
